Who processes your data
Data submitted through this site is processed by the Dancesport Network Bulgaria team — an independent information and communication platform for dancesport in Bulgaria. For questions about your personal data, write to info@dancesportnetwork-bg.com.
What data we collect
Personal data is collected on the “Contact” page through the contact form. It sends your name, email address, chosen subject and message text by email to the platform team; the content of the message stays in the recipient's mailbox. The form requires explicit consent before it can be sent.
If you tick the separate “notifications about new events” box, your email address (and name, if entered) is stored in a notifications list in the site's database, solely so that you receive a message when a new event is added to the calendar. Every such email contains a one-click unsubscribe link; you can also request erasure at any time at the address below. The box is not ticked by default.
Cookies and third parties
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no content from external providers. Fonts, images and scripts are served from the site's own server, with no connection to third parties while you browse it.
Retention
Messages from the contact form are kept in the mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up correspondence, after which they are deleted. Data in the notifications list is kept until you unsubscribe or request its erasure.
Your rights
- Access to the data we process about you;
- Rectification of inaccurate data;
- Erasure of the data (“the right to be forgotten”);
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before that;
